An absolutely cracking American whiskey from the Boondocks range, helmed by Dave Scheurich, former master distiller of Woodford Reserve. This expression is made with a combo heavy in corn, along with helpings of rye and malt, and matured for 11 years before bottling. It's not quite a bourbon, as it was distilled to a higher strength than allowed for bourbon (which is 160 proof, or 80% ABV), and matured in used charred white oak bourbon barrels (rather than brand new ones).

A Nardini, who can trace their history back to 1779. Acqua de Cedro liqueur Made with cedro lemons, Nardini describe this as "the noble cousin to limoncello". Although similar in flavour profile, this is drier, in part due to the tart juice from the cedro lemons.

Noix de la Saint Jean is a walnut liqueur from the Forcalquier distillery in Haute Provence, where the drink is traditionally taken as an aperitif, or as an accompaniment to blue cheese. The walnuts are picked on or before St. Jean's day (24th June) as they must be harvested while still unripe, before the shells start to harden. The St. Jean in question is known to us as John the Baptist.

Boondocks 6 Year Old is a straight bourbon whiskey, aged in port barrels. It has flavours of vanilla, caramel, brown sugar, dried fruit, cinnamon and nuttiness and comes at a strength of 45% ABV. This is a rich and easy to sip bourbon of delightful sweetness.

A bottle of Calvados containing a 'captive apple'. Each carafe is suspended from the branches of apple trees in the springtime before the first apples appear. The apple then grows inside the carafe. When the fruit becomes ripe, the carafe is removed from the tree with the apple captive inside. The bottles are then filled with young Calvados at 70% which allows the apples to settle down and stabilise before they are refilled with Calvados. The apples inside the bottles then gently macerates inside the Calvados filled bottles. The visually-attractive bottles make excellent gifts. Best consumed as a digestif and enjoyed at room temperature.

A favourite among sommeliers and wine enthusiasts alike, Grüner Veltliner is the most important grape of Austria and is known for its spicy, herbal and fruity aromas and a crisp, fresh acidity. This Gruner has notes of whole grain cookies, dried barley, hazelnut flour, and baking spices lead the aromas and flavours on the forefront, followed by tart lemon and spice. A fresh and sweet blend of grape juice and young Armagnac which is delicious served chilled as an aperitif. Floc is a traditional drink from Gascony which dates back to the 16th century, and which can only be made in the Armagnac region. Serve it before a meal or with traditional foods from the southwest of France, it's particularly delicious with foie gras.

A creamy, sweet liqueur made with a combination of Black Irish whiskey, Irish spirit, caramel and vanilla. The result is aromas of toffee, butter, cream, vanilla and sweet spices that are echoed throughout the palate.

House Gruet has been in Champagne since 1670. The winery has been passed on from generation to generation, finding fulfilment in 1975 with the launch of the first wines by Claude Gruet. He started producing 2500 bottles in 1975. He is currently working on a 20-hectares vineyard, producing from its own grapes and those of other producer they select, to produce around 2 million bottles a year in total. The Brut offers a crisp, and full-bodied sparkling wine, which has developed rich complexity and fine mousse. The allure of toasty finish from twenty-four months on tirage, is a complement to the sophisticated apple and citrus flavour. Winemaker's Note: Brilliant with ultra fine bubbles. We're big fans of white Port, and of whisky obviously, but it's not too often that the two meet, so this rare occasion is most welcome! Distilled at Tomintoul in 2008, this 14-year-old single-malt Scotch was finished in white Port casks, imparting delicious sweet, vinous notes to the elegant malt at its core.

Doorly’s 5yo is a blend of rich pot still and elegant column distilled rums which are aged for at least 5 years in ex-American whiskey casks. Soft and fruity with sweet vanilla and toasty oak, this is a versatile rum which is delicious served neat, but also great as a base for cocktails or mixing in long drinks- try with a dry ginger ale and a wedge of lime!

A sustainably-made artisanal Tequila from Mijenta, made by Maestra Tequilera Ana Maria Romero. Elegant and complex, the palate offers notes of cantaloupe, honey and cinnamon that linger in the finish.

An amaro from Nonino, a family-owned company who have been distilling since 1897, Quintessentia is made with herbs and grape eaux-die-vie, aged in Nevers, Limousin and ex-sherry oak.

Well, this is definitely somethng different. Billed as an alternative to fresh lemons and limes, Supsasawa is a fascinating amalgamation of distilled water (which seems pointless, but it does remove a lot of impurities), citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, succinic acid, phosphoic acid, a little bit of sugar and a touch of salt. The end result is a completely clear liquid with no aroma whatsoever, and zero alcohol. It seems fairly unassuming, until you touch a drop to your lips, which then explodes into a blaze of sharp citrus.

Acon Crianza Ribera del Duero is a delicious classic Ribera with full deep yet elegant aromas and flavours. Full tasting note and wine making – Acon Crianza Ribera del Duero is full of powerful ripe black fruits aromas and with hints of spice, vanilla and liquorice coming through. It has a rounded palate with good backbone of integrated ripe tannins and powerful robust fruit notes and a lingering finish. The grapes were harvested by hand and placed into small cases of 12 Kg for careful transport to the winery where they undergo a cold pre‐fermentation maceration for 48 h followed by controlled alcoholic fermentation at 28º C and back‐fermentation. They then undergo lees maceration for 18 ‐ 20 days followed by racking and tasting.

Eminente Reserva 7 Year Old is a particularly snazzy Cuban rum, made with 100% Cuban sugar cane. Bright and clean, but with plenty of complex and depth as it develops on the palate, with rich coffee and tobacco notes sitting alongside fruity cherry and floral wafts. Should do very well simply sipped neat, but we reckon it'll also make for a great Palmetto or Rum Old Fashioned...

A blend of Shiraz, Mourvedre and Viognier, all hand harvested in matured in 225L French oak barrels. The resulting wine is a deep red colour with notes of ripe blackberries, cassis and mocha and spicy pepper. A well balanced wine with smooth tannins and excellent concentration.

A rich, floral Cognac from Sazerac de Forge et Fils, Finest Original is inspired by the very first Cognacs made by Bernard Sazerac de Forge. Distilled from old and rare grapes native to the Cognac region, using traditional stills, it offers notes of dried fruit, black pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, orange peel and oaky vanilla throughout the palate.

Intense red fruit aromas are offset by delicate notes of vanilla and chocolate. Pleasantly lingering with a fresh, vibrant feel in the mouth.

Nomad is a unique whisky. A collaboration between sherry producer González Byass and Whyte & Mackay master blender Richard Paterson. A blended Scotch whisky aged for more than five years in sherry butts is shipped to Jerez for further year's ageing in PX casks.

What was once transparent, is now more complex thanks to the aging process of whisky barrels. Marrying the complex botanical recipe of marine inspired gin with the character and maturity of an oak barrel. This gorgeous spirit brings the best of both worlds together.
