Lovingly crafted in the heart of London, our Variorum Gin is a pink berry edition of the original King of Soho London Dry Gin. Notes of strawberry complement the classic juniper and citrus flavours of the original recipe; a bespoke libation distilled with twelve botanicals using traditional methods. Variorum Gin, a smooth and colourful elixir: fresh strawberry and floral chamomile lead on a wave of soft juniper with a suggestion of citrus. The off-sweet palate has fruit bursting at the front before a gentle vanilla spice emerges giving a luxurious creamy feel. Strawberries and cream give way to a subtle floral tone on the finish with a pronounced tang of grapefruit.

Siren's Call Caribbean Spiced Rum is named in honour of those who were lured into the rocky shallows by the call of the singing creatures, who may or may not have looked just like the one on the front of the label. It takes Caribbean rum and blends it with ginger and other tropical spices from the islands.

A vibrant, fruity new make grain spirit from Monkey Shoulder, Fresh Monkey is a combination of unaged grain and single malt spirit that were blended and bottled fresh off the still for a bold and well-balanced character. Aromas of fresh pears, tropical fruits, vanilla, sweet malt and boiled sweets fill the nose, complemented by notes of pink bubble gum, pineapple, mango, pear, malt and bonfire embers throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.

MEGA YUM!  Sipsmith boys came up trumps with this one. Super silky mouthfeel with notes of lemon barley water and crushed up breakfast cereal from your schooldays. This is followed by a cramy vanilla moment before more lemon and eventually a brief hard boiled barley sugar with orange rind. Finish is meag silky and leaves you with a lovely lemon barley note and a desire for more of the same.

A dark dark rum from St Lucia, made by blending together 3-year-old column-still rum and 6-year-old pot-still rum, all aged in ex-bourbon casks. It combines the fresher and more citrusy character of the younger rum, with rich, brown sugar notes, toffee and tobacco from the older. A well-rounded and easy drinking dark rum.

Thai spice with a very faint wave of juniper. Lemon zest then comes to the forefront followed closely by a sweet pepper taste that moves through the soft kick. Very faint liquorice, smashed Parma Violet and army and navy sweets wrapped in lavender on the finish.

Hepple Gin uses an innovative three-level process for extracting botanical flavours. The heavier ones are distilled with the grain, lighter examples are vacuum distilled, and juniper flavour is extracted using carbon dioxide. Vibrant, intense and full of citrus and juniper flavour.

Here we have Stonewall London Dry Gin, inspired by the Stonewall riots in New York in June 1969. The gin itself is distilled in Lincolnshire, and boasts almond, blueberry, liquorice, cardamom and sea buckthorn among the botanicals.
