Koko Kanu is named to pay homage to the Jamaican Arawak Indians and its flavour is light, fragrant and heavily inspired by the ever-popular coconut. This rich coconut flavoured rum has a sweetshop aroma and the baked flavour of the coconut macaroon comes through on tasting. Hints of icing sugar and cocoa build as the flavour’s complexity develops and it’s as the lingering finish ends that you get an enjoyable spicy hit.

La Maison Fontaine Verte is an herby absinthe which has a naturally green colour and a flavour which is refreshed and bright with anise, fennel and spicy white pepper. An American rye whiskey coming from a partnership between Beyoncé Knowles-Carter and Dr Bill Lumsden, paying tribute to the icon's great-grandfather Davis Hogue and his personal history of distilling in Texas. With a mash bill of 51% rye and 49% malted barley, SirDavis American whisky is finished, blended and bottled in Texas.

A cracking Kentucky straight rye whiskey from Wilderness Trail, based upon a mash bill of 56% rye, 33% corn, and 11% malted barley to ensure a well-balanced and rounded profile. It was matured for a minimum of four years on the upper floors of the distillery's rickhouse before being bottled in bond.

Turkey’s national drink, Raki is a sweet, clear brandy which teases the tongue and brings together spicy, hot and sweet notes in perfect harmony. Deep anise flavour is what you’ll take away from each sip of Yeni Raki but the flavour is much more complex than that with minty undertones and sugar beet sweetness. First produced in 1944 Yeni Raki is one of Turkey’s most famous Raki products and is one which can be enjoyed as an unforgettable aperitif.

The Maritime Gin is an infusion of botanicals with 5 different types of seaweed, all locally sourced. Some of the botanicals are dried and others blast chilled, with the more delicate placed in Méabh’s vapour tray. Some of the ingredients are so unusual, harvesting can only take place when there is a full moon, with the foraging at times extremely hazardous, as the tide means everything.

A Pink Pepper Gin from French producers Audemus, situated in the heart of Cognac. Made with hand-picked pink peppercorns and a handful of other tasty botanicals (including honey, vanilla and cardamom - all of which are macerated separately then distilled under low pressure and temperature).
