Single vintage from 2022, and single variety, locally sourced in Kent from our sustainable producers. Purely made using fresh pears and champagne yeast, then double pot distilled for a silky smooth spirit with a fantastic nose and a rich, fruity flavour profile. Excellent after dinner sipping spirit.
