A bone dry, spicy and herbal vermouth made with English wine from Three Choirs Vineyard in Gloucestershire. Created in collaboration with Alessandro Palazzi from Dukes Hotel, SW1 – not surprisingly it makes a fabulous Dry Martini, pour a few drops into a chilled glass and top with Sacred Gin straight from the freezer, garnish with a pared lemon zest. Alternatively, pour a large measure of Sacred English Dry Vermouth into a long glass with the juice of half a lemon and top with ginger ale and a sprig of mint for a light, summery English Dry Buck.

The Lakes Gin is our classic English gin with vibrant notes of juniper, cracked black pepper and orange peel. We elevate flavour by using only a select few botanicals, gently infusing them in the finest British wheat spirit, distilling in our traditional copper pot still and only drawing the purest water from our Lake District National Park home in a UNESCO World Heritage Site. By steeping the botanicals overnight like loose-leaf tea, they interact freely with the warm spirit to encourage the essential oils to release more slowly, protecting their delicate nature. The traditional copper pot still then runs slow and long to extract the maximum amount of flavour.

Azaline Vermouth opens a gateway to an exotic world, with pinot noir grapes enriched with herbs & spices leading along the ancient Silk Road. Saffron from Persia, worth more in weight than gold, brings out the rich, complex tapestry of flavours. Hand-crafted in small batches by Gabriel Boudier, family-owned since 1874’.

A classic Speyside offering, Glenfiddich’s 12 Year Old blend spends time in both American and European oak casks, developing a truly distinguished flavour. Your traditional Speyside flavours are released as you open the bottle with a slightly floral, mineral-inspired malted aroma, with citrus honey and orchard fruit notes. The floral notes come to a head in the flavour, with spices carrying the drink to a new level, smoothness ruling throughout. A true benchmark of quality.

Artichoke liqueur, yes it exists and here it is, straight from Italy. Cynar Artichoke is an Amaro liqueur which is usually enjoyed as an aperitif. Low in alcohol content Cynar Artichoke can be enjoyed straight or in cocktails, blends or to spike beer. Its strong bitter flavour is artichoke based but is enriched by a mixture of 13 different herbs, plants and roots, bringing out heady botanical aromas and flavours.

Exuding class and a little mystery, our pal Johnnie Black deserves a spot in your drinks cabinet. Deep and complex with a flavour that tantalises the tongue, Johnnie Black has been perfectly refined with as many as 40 whiskies brought together to create a mature, intricate and enjoyable scotch. A long fruity finish is exceptional amongst others in its class, with currant and citrus notes lingering longest of all.

A distinctive Italian liqueur made from soaking fruit rind, herbs and other ingredients in its base spirit before adding caramel for sweetness. Amaro Averna has a distinctive orange flavour and includes over 33 different herbs including cinnamon and gentian. It can be enjoyed on its own or with a range of mixers including cola and tonic water. The recipe and method of production hasn’t changed in 1868 so each measure of Amaro Averna has a piece of history within.

Italian Stallion Bitter! Big bitter mouthful of mandarin, maraschino cherries, manuka honey and herbs followed by clove, clementine and quinine finish. Legendary stuff.
