Azaline Saffron Vermouth , 75cl

Nothing screams classic cocktail like a genuine maraschino cherry. Luxardo Original Maraschino Cherries add a gourmet touch to your drinks and begin as all natural whole pitted cherries candied with sweet Marasca syrup. Artichoke liqueur, yes it exists and here it is, straight from Italy. Cynar Artichoke is an Amaro liqueur which is usually enjoyed as an aperitif. Low in alcohol content Cynar Artichoke can be enjoyed straight or in cocktails, blends or to spike beer. Its strong bitter flavour is artichoke based but is enriched by a mixture of 13 different herbs, plants and roots, bringing out heady botanical aromas and flavours.

Cocchi Vermouth di Torino is a classic Italian vermouth which is made to a 100 year old family recipe and delivers on every count from flavour to aroma to mixing quality. Warm notes of red fruit and orange come through and deliver a versatility which ensures this is a vermouth you can both enjoy and share. The palate is cherry rich with menthol coolness and is has a full-bodied character coming to a rounded finish which is refreshing and beautifully blended.

Crazy Creatures Gruner Veltliner, Kremstal, Austria, 100% Gruner Veltliner, unoaked The brainchild of Michael Malat, the grapes for "Crazy Creatures" are grown in the small Austrian village of Palt, in the wine-growing region of Kremstal. The traditional Malat winery has been making wines in the region since 1722. A favourite among sommeliers and wine enthusiasts alike, Grüner Veltliner is the most important grape of Austria and is known for its spicy, herbal and fruity aromas and a crisp, fresh acidity. This Gruner has notes of whole grain cookies, dried barley, hazelnut flour, and baking spices lead the aromas and flavours on the forefront, followed by tart lemon and spice. Its soft texture yet zippy acidity add up to a wine that’s entirely enjoyable. A white wine that goes remarkably well with a great many dishes. NOTE. 3 RANDOM LABEL DESIGNS.

Mahogany red Spanish vermouth, barrel aged in oak for 1 year. With intense notes of ripe fruit and herbs, accompanied by vanilla and cardamom. Balanced acidity with a lightly bitter aftertaste. The recipe is based on one of Yzaguirre's recipes dating back to the 19th century. Yzaguirre Vermouth Rojo Reserva has been awarded the title of "Best Vermouth of Catalonia".

Thin Lizzy members Scott Gorham and Brian Downey, together with Philip Lynott’s family Caroline, Sarah and Cathleen immersed themselves over a 2 year period in a bold collaboration with West Cork Distillers to co-create an Irish Whiskey where craft and art combine. Committed and uncompromising in their approach, after many tastings they personally selected an unusual blend of grain and malt Irish Whiskies finished in double charred oak casks for their Thin Lizzy Irish Whiskey.
