Super clean and tasty Quinoa vodka. Clean bright lemon and almost a littlet fruit on the palette. Very smooth all the way through. The finish is a lemon and soft spice affair. Very very well made vodka and very very fairly priced Vegan friendly too. Big thumbs up.

Flamboyant Vieux Rum is a Mauritian offering which enjoys a relaxing seven years maturing in ex-bourbon barrels. It is named for the Flamboyant Tree which appear on its labelling and is a native species of Mauritius. The flavour of the rum is exotic as its naming, with floral notes present from the off and lingering until the end. Well-rounded but not lacking in flavour, Flamboyant Vieux Rum is just begging to be sipped.

Four Roses is an exclusive small batch bourbon that offer a distinct and sweet flavour with strong notes of molasses and cinnamon. The Glencadam 25 year old is limited to 1,030 bottles, this is a rich and complex whisky with notes of tropical fruit, nuts, ginger and pepper - aptly named 'The Remarkable'. Nose Malt and leather, crushed nuts, resin, touch of acetone and citrus. Palate Nutty with starfruit, more citrus and red berries. Finish Honeyed oak and dark spices.

Glencadam single malt Scotch Whisky here that was treated to a finish in Merlot wine casks. Master distiller Robert Fleming married several select single malts aged in bourbon American oak casks from Glencadam's historic dunnage warehouses and then finished them in Merlot wine barrels sourced from Bordeaux, France. It was bottled at 46% ABV, natural colour and un-chill-filtered.

Here we have a sherried single malt whisky from Glencadam distillery. It was first matured in Bourbon barrels before being transferred to quality Pedro Ximénez casks. In the Highland distillery's dunnage warehouses, this rich and sweet PX sherry has added layers of dried fruit and baking spice to malt. It was bottled without chill-filtration or any additional colouring.

A lovely drop here from Glencadam Distillery, made by treating its Highland single malt Scotch whisky to a finish in Pinot Noir Wine casks. The whisky was initially aged in bourbon barrels before it was given a second maturation in barrels sourced from the Burgundy region of France.

A dense, heavily-sherried dram from a distillery now producing again after a six-year layoff. A malt best suited to after-dinner sipping.

A classic Speyside offering, Glenfiddich’s 12 Year Old blend spends time in both American and European oak casks, developing a truly distinguished flavour. Your traditional Speyside flavours are released as you open the bottle with a slightly floral, mineral-inspired malted aroma, with citrus honey and orchard fruit notes. Matured in American bourbon, Portuguese sherry and virgin oak casks, this Glenfiddich offering is a fine and enjoyable choice. 15 years spent ageing makes this a staple of the distillery and one which every drinks cabinet should be home to. The nose is rich with sherry, bright citrus notes and dried oak. Its flavour enhances these notes with raisins and sherry, evoking Christmas cake, complete with light spicing. Oak lingers and takes centre stage as the end note fades.
