Bollinger La Grande Annee is much more than a simple vintage. It is the interpretation of an outstanding grape harvest, which resulted in a wine worthy of continuing the tradition of the Maison’s prestigious great vintages. During these special years, grapes from Grands and Premiers Crus are vinified and the blend reveals a beautiful harmony that embodies the intuition felt at the moment of the grape harvest.

A soft nose of citrus and lime, bone dry in the mouth, with crisp acidity and hints of lemon 

Yellow straw in colour with sparkles of brilliant green. The nose displays fresh, clean citrus aroma and a beautiful floral intensity. The palate is dry with crunchy green apple fruit and a refreshing acidity.

 Lively withflavours of green apple and white peach. The gentle bubbles in this frizzante-style Prosecco add a soft, refreshing crispness to the palate.

Herradura Plata is a smooth silver tequila, aged for just 45 days and offering up a welcome cleanliness on the palate. The ageing means that there’s a hint of oak in the flavour but its key note are refreshing agave which is enhanced by tangy citrus. The strength of the agave flavour makes this a fantastic choice for your next margarita and the light heat underlying the key flavours is a wonderful reminder of the quality of this tequila.
