A collection of selected and carefully picked herbs macerated in distilled aniseed
The leaves inside the bottles enrich the aromatic flavour of these typical Majorcan liqueurs
Just like Moses, Arak has a strong connection to the Middle East, where in many places it’s considered a traditional alcoholic beverage. Arak is known for its strong anise flavor which it gets from aniseeds added into the production process.
A Peruvian Pisco from the Soldeica selection, created using a blend of grape varieties including the stalwart Quebranta, the aromatic Italia and the intense Torontel.
Rooster Rojo is produced using only the best ingredients and techniques. Rooster Rojo Anejo is made with Blue Agave, they used the Fabrica de Tequilas method, where you cook the Piña for 10 hours in autoclaves. After this, a special yeast is added to the Agave, just before fermentation. Rooster Rojo Anejo is double distilled in stainless steel pots and then aged in oak barrels. Finally, water that is filtered through Mexican silver is added to the drink, bringing it down to 38% ABV.
The Warner Edwards distillers in Northamptonshire have brought us another flavour of excellent gin - they have been prolific since their start in 2012. This time, they've gone regal and created Rhubarb Gin, , as well as their Harrington Dry Gin. They also add just enough sugar to balance out the acidity from the rhubarb, producing a spirit with plenty of sweetness and some subtle, enjoyably sour notes emanate from the rhubarb.
Harvested just once a year, we capture the very essence of a British summer’s day, from field to bottle in just a few short hours.
A beautifully balanced gin that is smooth, sweet and delicately fragrant with summer elderflower. Enjoy over ice or in a refreshing G&T – summer in a glass.
Made with hedgerow fruits, one third of this bottle is fresh raspberries, blackberries and our hand-picked hedgerow elderflower.
For a perfect G&T, serve Warner's (formerly Warner Edwards) Raspberry Gin with Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic water, garnish with a few blackberries and a sprig of fresh mint, then raise a glass with us: to craft, to the land, to laughter, and loved ones.
A top-quality 100% agave Tequila, Arette has become a firm favourite of UK bartenders and connoisseurs. This is a fantastic reposado and deliciously smooth.

Nutty Sri Lankan arrack is a distinctively flavoured drink which utilises the flavours of some of the country’s most naturally occurring plants. The sap of the coconut flower stem forms the key ingredient of the drink and is combined with a range of hand-picked botanicals and distilled in a traditional column still. The result is a flavour which is reminiscent of diluted whisky with recognisable nutty and malted notes and the added fruitiness of dried strawberry. A truly unique flavour.
A lip-smacking expression from 1423's Compañero range, based around rum from Trinidad and flavoured with plenty of orange alongside various tropical deliciousness. Well suited to enjoying alongside particularly sweet puddings, we reckon.
The 54% is hidden in the chocolate notes, which brings warmth to this 12-year-old Panama rum.
Nose: Heavy dark chocolate, hot cream, and touches of citrus.
Palate: Almost like mini muh chocolate and with notes of cocoa. This rum is marked by the casks with a bit of orange, but the chocolate notes outshines the most of it.
Country: Panama
Age: 12 years
Very exciting stuff here, folks! This is the first single malt whisky from the Cotswolds Distillery (as well as being the first single malt whisky ever distilled in the Cotswold countryside!). A much-anticipated release, which has been produced using barley grown in the Cotswolds, distilled in their Forsyths copper pot stills (Mary & Janis) and aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and red wine casks. We've been eagerly awaiting this whisky, and we know plenty of you have been too!

The rum base is an aged Caribbean rum previously used to season empty whisky casks for final maturation. An extract of Banana Peel is infused into the rum to impart a fruity forward note to the spicy, sweet toffee profile of the Rum. It’s like liquid Banana Bread. Best served neat over ice, shaken in a Daiquiri or mixed long with Ginger Ale.
The rarest Johnnie Walker on the market, Blue Label has a refined and elegant flavour that lifts it into the premium malt category. A robust and fragrant nose is rich with oak, dry spices, berry fruits and aniseed. The flavour is mellower, more balanced and open, with toffee and light hints of smoke. Chocolate and intense malt warmth give the flavour another dimension and the long finish is awash with powerful oaky notes.
La Maison Fontaine Chocolat Absinthe Liqueur is inspired and by an old handwritten recipe and the flavour is a really distinctive and exciting taste. Its nose is rich in chocolate notes with liquorice and aniseed coming through and the taste is sweet with definite dryness and aniseed absinthe notes coming through strongly alongside lighter, milky chocolate notes. It’s the absinthe that really stands out but the chocolate adds a really interesting twist.

The Classic Miahuatlán Expression. El Espadín hits with aromas of buttered barbecued corn and earthy ancho chilies. The palate brings rosemary, chamomile and a honeyed sweetness backed by chewy tobacco smoke. Killer in negronis and margs - even better on its own.
An African craft gin from Procera, distilled in Nairobi with 10 botanicals, all sourced from across Africa, including Madagascan pink pepper and Moroccan orris root. However, the most important botanical here is a relatively unseen species of juniper, Juniper Procera (most gins use Juniper Communis), also known as African juniper as it only grows in the highlands of Kenya and Ethiopia. This different variety gives the gin a nuttier, earthier backbone. After distillation, the gin is bottled into stunning hand-blown bottles, also produced in Nairobi. A truly unique gin.
An exuberant expression of that most aromatic of spices, cardamom, made with organic green cardamom pods from Guatemala.
For a long, refreshing drink, pour a large measure over ice and top with your favourite tonic water. Garnish with a slice of ruby red grapefruit.
Sacred Spirits take English Whiskey from bourbon barrels and recask them
in London for further maturation (finishing) and flavour development in
sherry hogsheads - old Pedro Ximenez casks from Bodegas Navarro in
Montilla, Spain. These nutty and rich nuances give a truly deep and
satisfying single malt. Log-fire smoke from a country pub, sea salt,
