Firmly in the driving seat of this aromatic gin is juniper, its pine-driven aroma released on opening and mingling with cedar wood. The taste too is very heavy on the juniper with rich spices supporting and even notes of dark chocolate. The heavy juniper flavour tapers off to a fine balance in the end which is long, dry and ultimately satisfying.
