The taste is smooth with juniper and coriander seeds combined with complex notes of citrus. The botanicals have been macerated in Swedish neutral grain spirit for 12 hours, then distilled in large copper pots that are equipped with a state-of-the-art vacuum system. This lowers the temperature for the distilling process, resulting in a fresher taste.
Goes all the way up to eleven!!!

ROKU is Japanese for six, named after the six natural Japanese botanicals that Roku is made with, which take you on a tour of the Japanese seasons.
Spring is represented by both Sakura (cherry blossom) flowers & leaves, Natsu (Japan's Summer) provides the Sencha & Gyokuro (two types of green tea), Autumn brings the Japanese pepper and Winter, the Yuzu.
The eclectic mix of botanicals results in a spirit with rich character. Notes of cherry blossom are quickly followed by green tea, smokey leaves and a light bitter finish. Unusual and unexpected, this is a must-try for any gin lover, adn the Japanese rice paper label makes it a classy and smart addition to the gin shelf.
The Lakes Gin is our classic English gin with vibrant notes of juniper, cracked black pepper and orange peel.
We elevate flavour by using only a select few botanicals, gently infusing them in the finest British wheat spirit, distilling in our traditional copper pot still and only drawing the purest water from our Lake District National Park home in a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
By steeping the botanicals overnight like loose-leaf tea, they interact freely with the warm spirit to encourage the essential oils to release more slowly, protecting their delicate nature. The traditional copper pot still then runs slow and long to extract the maximum amount of flavour.

The beautiful bottle design is an homage to Ealing Borough’s iconic Art Deco architectural gems. Each bottle is hand finished then fired in small batches… the tones and hues of each bottle, therefore, slightly vary…all the more individual!
We all love Gordon’s, whether we’re fans of Ramsay or not. The world’s most popular gin and a perennial bestseller, Gordon’s has a flavour which has come to epitomise quality gin. Juniper-led with peppery spice and sweet lemon zest following closely. Aromas of hops and eucalyptus underpinned by sage and liquorice whirl as you sip and a deeper, earthy aftertaste lingers, with citrus zest still coming through.

violets. For a very Cornish Martini, add five parts gin with one part
dry vermouth and add a drop of Tarquin's Cornish Pastis.
A deep red colour and an aroma that bursts with tangy cherry - the gin hits you quickly with big juniper flavours and a little bit of spice. Followed quickly by a velvety cherry taste at the back of your mouth and a long, sour finish.
We’re enjoying ours on the rocks, but it’s also fantastic with tonic and a Maraschino cherry garnish.
The Warner Edwards distillers in Northamptonshire have brought us another flavour of excellent gin - they have been prolific since their start in 2012. This time, they've gone regal and created Rhubarb Gin, , as well as their Harrington Dry Gin. They also add just enough sugar to balance out the acidity from the rhubarb, producing a spirit with plenty of sweetness and some subtle, enjoyably sour notes emanate from the rhubarb.
Harvested just once a year, we capture the very essence of a British summer’s day, from field to bottle in just a few short hours.

For a perfect G&T, serve Warner's (formerly Warner Edwards) Raspberry Gin with Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic water, garnish with a few blackberries and a sprig of fresh mint, then raise a glass with us: to craft, to the land, to laughter, and loved ones.
An African craft gin from Procera, distilled in Nairobi with 10 botanicals, all sourced from across Africa, including Madagascan pink pepper and Moroccan orris root. However, the most important botanical here is a relatively unseen species of juniper, Juniper Procera (most gins use Juniper Communis), also known as African juniper as it only grows in the highlands of Kenya and Ethiopia. This different variety gives the gin a nuttier, earthier backbone. After distillation, the gin is bottled into stunning hand-blown bottles, also produced in Nairobi. A truly unique gin.
An exuberant expression of that most aromatic of spices, cardamom, made with organic green cardamom pods from Guatemala.
For a long, refreshing drink, pour a large measure over ice and top with your favourite tonic water. Garnish with a slice of ruby red grapefruit.
Fresh cut Spanish & Italian Pink Grapefruit shines in this vibrant and zesty gin. Perfect for a G&T in the sun, or for a citrussy twist on a classic cocktail.
Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin is made in a small distillery in Yarra Valley, Australia. Everything the Four Pillars distillers make is based around their four pillars - the still, the water, the botanicals and love. It's sort of a bit like the four elements of hip hop.
Pillar 1 - The Four Pillars copper-pot still is called Wilma. Pillar 2 - The water they use from Yarra Valley is triple filtered. Pillar 3 - They use some local botanicals (Tasmanian pepperberry, lemon myrtle), some exotic botanicals (cinnamon, cardamom, coriander seeds and star anise) and some classic botanicals (juniper, lavender, angelica root), as well as whole oranges to give Four Pillars Gin its flavour profile. Pillar 4 - The distillers love what they do and love what they have made. It all adds up to a vibrant Australian gin which stands out in cocktails, but tastes just superb neat.
Light and refreshing with a pleasing juniper hit , Bakery Gin earned its unusual name after founder Ian Puddick discovered his office was once a bakery – famous for selling homemade (and at the time, illegal) gin.
