Errazuriz Merlot, 75cl

A perfect aperitif wine or with fish / light meats/ salads. Lovely unoaked Chardonnay with a soft, gently creamy mouth feel balanced by fresh, crisp apple characters. Sealed with a screwcap to maximise freshness.

The characteristically uplifting aromas of ripe lime and grapefruit, nectarine, papaya and mango and floral notes of orange blossom, gooseberry and sweet fennel are striking. A chalky and weighty texture balanced by a minerally-citrus acid backbone. 

An easy drinking ruby-red wine with a soft and persistent aroma, a delicate and pleasant bouquet of young wood and a rounded velvety flavour.

The Casablanca Valley's near perfect conditions create fruit that is ripe and perfectly balanced, making Errazuriz Sauvignon Blanc fresh, crisp and lively with citrus and green apple characters together with light mineral notes on the long clean finish.

This fine Crianza shows an elegant mouth pass, yet very lively, with some spicey back notes and balanced acidity.

Finca La Linda Malbec is an intense purple color red wine, with distinct aromas as a result of the typicity of the variety: marked red fruit and a very delicate floral note. It repeats its fruity intensity on the palate, with round and smooth texture, good maturity and great character. Its sweet tannins add strength on the palate, a long and lingering finish completes an elegant and compact red wine. Recommended pairings: A perfect match for red meat, big game hunt meat and hard cheese.

Guigal Cote Du Rhone Red Lovely blend of the three most classic Rhone grapes. 50% Shiraz giving black pepper and blackcurrant, 45% Grenache, bringing redcurrant tartness and Mouvedre to round out the flavour. Dryness and damson notes with green notes. A spicy, complex wine with good structure and a long finish
