Errazuriz have long helped define the style for Chilean Merlot; it is full-bodied, generous and richly fruity with succulent blueberry and plum characters together with delicate savoury notes of coffee, chocolate and toasty oak, extremely stylish easy drinking.

A garnet red colour with a delicate, appealing, intense bouquet, reminiscent of violets and dry roses, alcohol-soaked cherries, vanilla, tobacco, truffles and pepper. The taste is full, robust, austere but velvety and harmonious.
Composition: 20% Chardonnay. 40% Pinot Noir. 40% Pinot Meunier. Grapes are sourced from around 40 different crus. Minimum 30 months on the lees before disgorgement. Comments: The current cuvee is based on the 2008 vintage with 14% reserve wines from 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004, 2005. Alcohol: 12.5% Dosage: 10g/1 Tasting Notes: Attractive bouquet, with youthful, delicate, creamy hints and touch of yeasty autolysis. In mouth, lively persistent bubbles with clean, soft creamy fruit, excellent intensity and a lingering finish. Elegant and balanced.
Lively and generous, Brut Imperial distinguishes itself by a bright fruitiness, a seductive palate and an elegant maturity, that continually seduce and delight. The color is an elegant golden straw yellow with green highlights. Its aromas are radiant, revealing bright white-fleshed fruits (apple, pear, white peach), citrus fruits (lemon), floral nuances (lime blossom) and elegant blond notes (brioche and fresh nuts).

Combining the same classic ingredients for nearly 200 years, Angostura bitters are a key ingredient in many famous cocktails, often paired with gin and rum to great effect. Despite the name, its flavour is not bitter at all, with the strong aromatic flavour, powerful with gentian and spices. Many cocktails simply wouldn’t be the same without a dash or two of Angostura bitters and it’s the complex herbaceous nature of the product which allows it to offer additional depth and dimension to cocktails.
