All the way from Melbourne, Australia comes Starward Left-Field, a fab single malt whisky that was designed to be enjoy... Well, however you fancy enjoying it! A rounded and flavoursome expression, having matured in Australian red wine barrels, Left-Field shows off generous helpings of dried fruit, maple syrup, and baking spice notes. Enjoy neat, with a mixer, splash it in a cocktail – it's a versatile whisky suitable for all sorts of serves!
One of the most highly commended Chivas Regal blended malts, this 25 year old offering is truly delicious, with light fruit notes pairing perfectly with soft nutty notes. On the nose it’s the nuttiness that comes through first followed by berry fruits and malts and even a faint hint of porridge. The flavour is softer, gentle with sweet honey, aniseed and an elegant toffee richness. An earthy finish is the perfect end note.
Michters single barrel release of their rye. Filling their barrels at just above 50% ABV rather than at a much higher industry standard, turns Michters into a smoother, more full-bodied whisky. This release was bottled at 55.1% ABV as Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey.

A solid and spicy rye made to the Michter's recipe, although not distilled at the now closed Schaefferstown distillery. Nonetheless, Michter's is a name with a certain cult cachet in American whiskey circles, and we reckon this will be a big hit over here.

Made with 95% rye and 5% malted barley, this is a flavourful, rich and rounded rye that will delight fans of the style. This straight rye is finished in hybrid American oak and cherry wood barrels for up to 6 months.
An absolutely cracking American whiskey from the Boondocks range, helmed by Dave Scheurich, former master distiller of Woodford Reserve. This expression is made with a combo heavy in corn, along with helpings of rye and malt, and matured for 11 years before bottling. It's not quite a bourbon, as it was distilled to a higher strength than allowed for bourbon (which is 160 proof, or 80% ABV), and matured in used charred white oak bourbon barrels (rather than brand new ones).
A cask-strength version of the Boondocks 11 Year Old, aged in American oak and notable for its soft mouthfeel and harmonious balance of earthy, spicy flavours. Sample the malty corn cereal, milk chocolate and leather which is typical of this Kentucky distiller.

With a mash bill of 51% rye and 49% malted barley, SirDavis American whisky is finished, blended and bottled in Texas.
A cracking Kentucky straight rye whiskey from Wilderness Trail, based upon a mash bill of 56% rye, 33% corn, and 11% malted barley to ensure a well-balanced and rounded profile. It was matured for a minimum of four years on the upper floors of the distillery's rickhouse before being bottled in bond.
