A fruity blended malt whisky from Compass Box, made with a combination of some of the fruitiest malts that Scotland has to offer, including whisky from Linkwood and Clynelish distilleries.

A blended malt Scotch whisky named after a little piece of kit used once upon a time by distillery workers to covertly sneak spirit home... Eight different single malts from Speyside are combined by master blender Stuart Morrison to create this well-balanced whisky, which is designed to be well-suited for enjoying neat or in cocktails and mixed drinks.

An excellent rye from Old Potrero, this is a truly exceptional and unique example of rye whisky as it was originally made in the 18th Century.

Thin Lizzy members Scott Gorham and Brian Downey, together with Philip Lynott’s family Caroline, Sarah and Cathleen immersed themselves over a 2 year period in a bold collaboration with West Cork Distillers to co-create an Irish Whiskey where craft and art combine. Committed and uncompromising in their approach, after many tastings they personally selected an unusual blend of grain and malt Irish Whiskies finished in double charred oak casks for their Thin Lizzy Irish Whiskey.

WhistlePig is a fantastic brand of straight rye whisk(e)y which is distilled and initially matured in Canada before being aged further, at the WhistlePig Farm in Vermont. The Master Distiller for WhistlePig was Dave Pickerell, who was the Master Distiller for Maker's Mark for 14 years, Sadly now deceased. Their 10 year old straight rye is made with 100% rye and delivers a full-on flavour profile of clove, mint, barrel char, creamy caramels and butterscotch. Properly excellent stuff.

The Chivas Regal 18 Year Old is a richly decadent blend of Scottish whiskies, created personally by master blender Colin Scott. This Chivas Regal offering brings together 20 single malts from across Scotland to give you an end result that doesn’t disappoint. The aroma of this offering is wonderfully balanced with citrus fresh orange paired with malted barley and vanilla fudge with just the lightest spice.

Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Amarone Finish

One of a trio of Warehouse 1 bottlings from Glen Moray, this cask strength delight spent it's finishing period in Amarone wine casks, adding rich, ripe fruity notes to Glen Moray's signature sweetness. A UK exclusive, this limited edition was drawn from only 5 casks and was bottled at natural colour and non-chill filtered. Official Tasting Notes Nose - Sweet and spicy notes of fig, cinnamon and peppercorn transcend into a deep, rich chocolate cherry liqueur. Palate - Sweet brown sugar and notes of chocolate fade to reveal a burst of red cherry. Finish - Fresh green peppercorns linger, with a slight acidity underlined with a tannic, lip drying influence. Staff Thought Some kind of aromatic spice on the nose, maybe coriander seeds or fenugreek. Fairly dry, maybe cranberry on the palate.

All the way from Melbourne, Australia comes Starward Left-Field, a fab single malt whisky that was designed to be enjoy... Well, however you fancy enjoying it! A rounded and flavoursome expression, having matured in Australian red wine barrels, Left-Field shows off generous helpings of dried fruit, maple syrup, and baking spice notes. Enjoy neat, with a mixer, splash it in a cocktail – it's a versatile whisky suitable for all sorts of serves!

One of the most highly commended Chivas Regal blended malts, this 25 year old offering is truly delicious, with light fruit notes pairing perfectly with soft nutty notes. On the nose it’s the nuttiness that comes through first followed by berry fruits and malts and even a faint hint of porridge. The flavour is softer, gentle with sweet honey, aniseed and an elegant toffee richness. An earthy finish is the perfect end note.

Michters single barrel release of their rye. Filling their barrels at just above 50% ABV rather than at a much higher industry standard, turns Michters into a smoother, more full-bodied whisky. This release was bottled at 55.1% ABV as Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey.

Michter’s 10 year old single barrel Kentucky straight rye continues the legacy of America’s first whiskey variety (rye) company (Michter’s, originally known as Shenk’s). Deep notes of vanilla and toffee, toasted almonds and cinnamon Ample dose of crushed pepper and a hint of orange citrus Proof: 92.8 ABV: 46.4%

A solid and spicy rye made to the Michter's recipe, although not distilled at the now closed Schaefferstown distillery. Nonetheless, Michter's is a name with a certain cult cachet in American whiskey circles, and we reckon this will be a big hit over here. We cannot guarantee specific barrel number or year of release of these bottles.

The rarest Johnnie Walker on the market, Blue Label has a refined and elegant flavour that lifts it into the premium malt category. From Bardstown Bourbon Co Origin Series, this is Bottled In Bond; a wheated 6-year expression created with the best locally-sourced Kentucky corn and wheat grains. This expression features 20% wheat in the mash bill, creating a modern expression of beautifully balanced bourbon.

Made with 95% rye and 5% malted barley, this is a flavourful, rich and rounded rye that will delight fans of the style. This straight rye is finished in hybrid American oak and cherry wood barrels for up to 6 months.

An absolutely cracking American whiskey from the Boondocks range, helmed by Dave Scheurich, former master distiller of Woodford Reserve. This expression is made with a combo heavy in corn, along with helpings of rye and malt, and matured for 11 years before bottling. It's not quite a bourbon, as it was distilled to a higher strength than allowed for bourbon (which is 160 proof, or 80% ABV), and matured in used charred white oak bourbon barrels (rather than brand new ones).

A cask-strength version of the Boondocks 11 Year Old, aged in American oak and notable for its soft mouthfeel and harmonious balance of earthy, spicy flavours. Sample the malty corn cereal, milk chocolate and leather which is typical of this Kentucky distiller.

A statement from the whiskey maker notes that this expression is a cask-strength bourbon with a limited run of just 1,620 bottles. Each will be individually numbered. Just like all of Boondocks’ whiskeys, ryes, and bourbons, this limited edition was crafted by Master Distiller David Scheurich, a veteran of the whiskey industry for 45 years and a winner of the Whisky Advocate Lifetime Achievement Award.

Boondocks 6 Year Old is a straight bourbon whiskey, aged in port barrels. It has flavours of vanilla, caramel, brown sugar, dried fruit, cinnamon and nuttiness and comes at a strength of 45% ABV. This is a rich and easy to sip bourbon of delightful sweetness.

From Boondocks, in Bardstown Kentucky, comes this exceptional straight rye whiskey. It’s been made according to the laws passed in the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897, which means 50% ABV, four years aging, and that it’s been made entirely at a single distillery, in a single season.

An absolute gem of a whisky, the 21 year old Royal Salute Signature Blend is a sophisticated expression. It's aged for a minimum of 21 years in honour of the 21 Gun Salute that is fired at the Tower of London for Royal celebration. The whisky is presented in a classic blue Wade ceramic decanter.
