One of the most highly commended Chivas Regal blended malts, this 25 year old offering is truly delicious, with light fruit notes pairing perfectly with soft nutty notes. On the nose it’s the nuttiness that comes through first followed by berry fruits and malts and even a faint hint of porridge. The flavour is softer, gentle with sweet honey, aniseed and an elegant toffee richness. An earthy finish is the perfect end note.
Produced in Oaxaca, Ilegal Joven is a young Mezcal which has the distinctive flavour of roasted agave and earthy tones which help it stand out from the crowd. Its aroma are fresh and youthful, with fresh flowers, peppermint and tobacco notes all coming through. It has a complex herbal character which is softened by caramel and raisin flavours and spiced up with black pepper heat. It ends with the floral notes at the forefront.
A deep red colour and an aroma that bursts with tangy cherry - the gin hits you quickly with big juniper flavours and a little bit of spice. Followed quickly by a velvety cherry taste at the back of your mouth and a long, sour finish.

A blanche absinthe distilled in a pre-ban style in Pontarlier, centre of early 20th century French absinthe production. Versatile and excellent either on its own with water or in cocktails.
Michters single barrel release of their rye. Filling their barrels at just above 50% ABV rather than at a much higher industry standard, turns Michters into a smoother, more full-bodied whisky. This release was bottled at 55.1% ABV as Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey.

One of Michter's most limited produced whiskies. Michter’s 10 year old single barrel Kentucky straight rye continues the legacy of America’s first whiskey variety (rye) company (Michter’s, originally known as Shenk’s).

ABV: 46.4%
A solid and spicy rye made to the Michter's recipe, although not distilled at the now closed Schaefferstown distillery. Nonetheless, Michter's is a name with a certain cult cachet in American whiskey circles, and we reckon this will be a big hit over here.

Just like Moses, Arak has a strong connection to the Middle East, where in many places it’s considered a traditional alcoholic beverage. Arak is known for its strong anise flavor which it gets from aniseeds added into the production process.
A Peruvian Pisco from the Soldeica selection, created using a blend of grape varieties including the stalwart Quebranta, the aromatic Italia and the intense Torontel.
Rooster Rojo is produced using only the best ingredients and techniques. Rooster Rojo Anejo is made with Blue Agave, they used the Fabrica de Tequilas method, where you cook the Piña for 10 hours in autoclaves. After this, a special yeast is added to the Agave, just before fermentation. Rooster Rojo Anejo is double distilled in stainless steel pots and then aged in oak barrels. Finally, water that is filtered through Mexican silver is added to the drink, bringing it down to 38% ABV.
The Warner Edwards distillers in Northamptonshire have brought us another flavour of excellent gin - they have been prolific since their start in 2012. This time, they've gone regal and created Rhubarb Gin, , as well as their Harrington Dry Gin. They also add just enough sugar to balance out the acidity from the rhubarb, producing a spirit with plenty of sweetness and some subtle, enjoyably sour notes emanate from the rhubarb.
