Linie Aquavit is a traditional Norwegian potato-based caraway spirit. Differing from the Danish examples, those from Norway must be matured in old sherry casks. with added aniseed, this is rich and complex.
Our multi award-winning signature blend, Four Island, is a union of world-class single estate rums made from two different base ingredients, molasses and fresh sugar cane juice.
We’ve married three wonderful barrel-aged rums – an eight-year-old rum from the legendary Foursquare Distillery in Barbados, a five-year-old from the Dominican Republic and a two-year-old pot still rum from a multi-award-winning estate in Jamaica.
The result is a core blend that's classically Caribbean: fruity and aromatic with juicy notes of tropical fruit, combined with the warm smokiness that comes from those years spent in lightly charred barrels previously used for maturing bourbon.
We’ve then added the x-factor - a ’punch’ of authentic unaged Rhum Agricole from Guadeloupe - to bring a vibrant and grassy freshness to the blend.
This unrivalled blend offers the best of both worlds – a luxurious amber liquid that combines the rich woody flavours of great aged rum, with the fresh earthiness of unaged Rhum Agricole.
Pure and unadulterated with absolutely no sugar or colouring added post distillation, it’s also vegan friendly and gluten-free.

A Spanish gin that is one of only two gins in the world with its own EU Designation of Origin, Xorigeur is based on an 18th century recipe and was popular with the sailors at that time. The green handled bottle makes it stand out from the crowd but it’s the perfumed flavour and orange-rich character which really make this gin sing. A grape alcohol base gives it a juicy flavour which is peppered with bright herbaceous and spicy notes. Fresh, almost menthol juniper ends each sip, lingering as a quenching aftertaste.
The first line extension to the Maker's Mark range since the '50s, Maker's 46 is essentially the standard expression with added spice. This was not intended to compete with the core expression, instead it's a cousin to it, something different for those that like spicy bourbon. They add this extra dimension by inserting seared French oak staves into the barrels (with the stave profile "number 46" - thus the name). It's utterly stunning.
Maker’s Mark’s claim to fame is that they distill their bourbon to the lowest proof in the whole of the US. They believe their distillation process ensures their bourbon’s rich, powerful flavour and the addition of red winter wheat adds a necessary smoothness. Fruity and rich on the nose you can enjoy the heat of spiced honey and the zest of mixed peels. Rye, spice and barley malt come through alongside butterscotch and vanilla, rounded the drink off perfectly.
What was once transparent, is now more complex thanks to the aging process of whisky barrels. Marrying the complex botanical recipe of marine inspired gin with the character and maturity of an oak barrel. This gorgeous spirit brings the best of both worlds together.

Marshals Drink/Shot is a flavoured vodka of Finnish origin, served as a schnapps. The drink is named after Carl Gustaf Emil Mannerheim, the Marshal of Finland.According to all sources it is important that the glass where the drink is served is poured as full as possible (to the point where surface tension keeps some of the drink in the glass); the glass is then to be emptied without spilling. This practice is said to originate in the Chevalier Guard where Mannerheim once served; every man was entitled one shot of Vodka per day, and through this practice everyone was assured the equal maximum amount.
