The taste is smooth with juniper and coriander seeds combined with complex notes of citrus. The botanicals have been macerated in Swedish neutral grain spirit for 12 hours, then distilled in large copper pots that are equipped with a state-of-the-art vacuum system. This lowers the temperature for the distilling process, resulting in a fresher taste.

Super premium London Dry Gin. In a stunning bottle. 70CL @ 42% ABV.
Hand crafted in small batches in the heart of Ealing, it blends flavours from the finest of botanicals and delivers both complexity and sophistication.
“Deep flavoured and well balanced with everything sitting gently on the junipers. It leads with zesty orange citrus combined with warm spice. Chamomile fills the gaps and has an overall smoothing effect. It leaves with a linger of subtle floral and peppery warmth. Refreshing, elegant and friendly.”
The beautiful bottle design is an homage to Ealing Borough’s iconic Art Deco architectural gems. Each bottle is hand finished then fired in small batches… the tones and hues of each bottle, therefore, slightly vary…all the more individual!
An African craft gin from Procera, distilled in Nairobi with 10 botanicals, all sourced from across Africa, including Madagascan pink pepper and Moroccan orris root. However, the most important botanical here is a relatively unseen species of juniper, Juniper Procera (most gins use Juniper Communis), also known as African juniper as it only grows in the highlands of Kenya and Ethiopia. This different variety gives the gin a nuttier, earthier backbone. After distillation, the gin is bottled into stunning hand-blown bottles, also produced in Nairobi. A truly unique gin.
