The botanicals chosen work in perfect harmony with each other and include everything from the expectation of ripe juniper berries to interesting notes of Ceylon cinnamon, Acorus calamus lemon balm and verbena. Truly unique and one that all gin connoisseurs must try, Monkey 47 retains the classic flavours of gin and enhances them with additional botanical notes.

Despite their extensive range of liqueurs it’s the original elegance of their classic Grand Marnier which is the most famous. Made exclusively with a luxurious base of quality Cognac, Grand Marnier has a smooth richness to it and a sharp, vibrant orange flavour. A versatile liqueur which is the base for many cocktails and often enjoyed neat, Grand Marnier is a staple of the classic drinks cabinet and one which will be enjoyed time and again.

Classic French aperitif. Waves of honeyed tropical fruit and glace cherries with smashed sauvignon grapes and floral notes. Starts out sweet and moves into a dry zesty almost zingy finish.

With its history in apothecary Peychaud’s Bitters has a strong authentic flavour which was originally dispensed as a medicinal tonic. Of course, the signature cocktail with Peychaud’s is the Sazerac but the subtle yet spicy flavour makes it a great choice for a wide range of cocktails from Old Fashioned to Whiskey Sours and the overriding flavour in each sip is aromatic cloves. Known as a great all-rounder Peychaud’s can be mixed with virtually anything to create a complex flavour profile.

Setting the standard in white rum, Bacardi is known worldwide. In 1862 it became the world’s first premium aged white rum and using charcoal filtration was key to its original development.
