Nose: Huge helpings of vanilla and banana fritter, followed by a whiff of cinnamon, with a touch of cask char developing. Palate: Ripe banana esters with a hint of banana pancake too, backed up by brown sugar, peppercorn, and toffee. Finish: Banana chips with a drizzle of honey, and a final hint of oak spiciness.
