Haku Japanese Vodka, 70cl

One of the best Vodkas in Europe at the moment with a release of just 4,000 bottles per year. Complex and dense body; starts with soft sweet winter wheat followed by a nutty note and finally a complex dryness that flaunts the rye with a peppery note on the end. Tremendous stuff. DO NOT FREEZE THIS VODKA . It's too damn good.

Classic French aperitif. Waves of honeyed tropical fruit and glace cherries with smashed sauvignon grapes and floral notes. Starts out sweet and moves into a dry zesty almost zingy finish.

With a couple of awards under its belt El Dorado 3 Year rum is a fine example of a mixing rum which a crispness that lends itself to sharp citrus cocktails and even exotic punches. Coconut is ever-present from first opening and hints of sugary sweet icing sugar are also apparent in the nose. On drinking El Dorado is surprisingly dry with notes of intense brown sugar, a nutty edge and of course that coconut coming through strongly. The end note blends vanilla with the coconut for a fresh finish.

The original Blue Curacao, Bols Blue is world renowned and one of the oldest flavours in the modern range. The bright blue colour is what it’s known for, alongside the surprisingly fresh taste of oranges, both the peel and flesh. Absolutely essential for a classic Blue Lagoon cocktail, you can also pop fresh and fragrant Bols Blue in a vibrant Blue Margarita or add extra pep to a simple orange juice or lemonade.
