An excellent pear vodka that opens up with lemon zest and autumnal fruits. The pear takes over soon after and follows all the way through to the bitter sweet finale. A great vodka that opens up myriad cocktail flavour oppurtunities. Serve frozen and over ice to get the best out of it.
Excellent and original grass and herb driven vodka. Opens up with freshly mowed grass and green apple notes. These move through into deep yet balanced and complexed herbal notes followed by waves of hay and green apple. The finish is grassy, clean and almost refreshing with a soft lime and herb bite that fades into apples. Best served from the fridge and tastes fantastic with freshly pressed apple juice.
The name ‘Jindea’ is a portmanteau of ‘Juniper’ and the French words for India and tea, which provides a fairly accurate picture of the brand, as it is made in an alembic still in France, with juniper and first-flush Darjeeling tea as its main botanicals.
Jindea’s other botanicals are lemon, grapefruit, coriander, ginger, fennel, cardamom, cinnamon, and angelica. Maceration lasts between three and five days, followed by pot still distillation.

Spirytus Duch Puszczy Rectified Spirit is highly concentrated ethanol which has been purified by many distillations. Used in very small amounts as a base for mixed drinks. This extraordinarily strong spirit needs to be treated with respect so use it sparingly and thoughtfully.
