Monin Morello Cerise Syrup ( Cherry) , 70cl

A staple of the cocktail bar, Monin Gomme syrup is a rival of Cane Sugar syrup. Gomme syrup has mild notes of orange blossom but is odourless and serves to ensure you have a solid foundation for a wide range of different classic cocktails.

Koko Kanu is named to pay homage to the Jamaican Arawak Indians and its flavour is light, fragrant and heavily inspired by the ever-popular coconut. ROKU is Japanese for six, named after the six natural Japanese botanicals that Roku is made with, which take you on a tour of the Japanese seasons. Spring is represented by both Sakura (cherry blossom) flowers & leaves, Natsu (Japan's Summer) provides the Sencha & Gyokuro (two types of green tea), Autumn brings the Japanese pepper and Winter, the Yuzu. The eclectic mix of botanicals results in a spirit with rich character. Notes of cherry blossom are quickly followed by green tea, smokey leaves and a light bitter finish. Unusual and unexpected, this is a must-try for any gin lover, adn the Japanese rice paper label makes it a classy and smart addition to the gin shelf.

La Chica Silver (House) La Chica Silver Tequila which originates from Mexico is a very pure and smooth tequila. It is produced traditionally from distilled cactus juice that produces a spirit of 38%abv. La Chica Silver Tequila is great to sip and savour or ideal as a shooter, in a Margarita or other cocktails.

Thai spice with a very faint wave of juniper. Lemon zest then comes to the forefront followed closely by a sweet pepper taste that moves through the soft kick. Very faint liquorice, smashed Parma Violet and army and navy sweets wrapped in lavender on the finish.
