Non Vintage Rose

 

Non-Vintage Rose Champagne is produced using grapes from multiple vintages blended together. 
The colour in Rose Champagne can be achieved in two ways.  The traditional and most common method is the saignee method which extracts colour from black Pinot Meunier or Pinot Noir grapes when they are pressed.  Alternatively a little still Pinot Noir can be added to the blend.
