Clapham’s finest gin, SW4 is proud of it heritage and offers a classic London dry gin flavour. Twelve botanicals are combined to create the flavours and it’s the musky aroma of angelica root which is first released, with mushroom undertones. On tasting, juniper is rich and florid and the palate is generally dry with strong bitter and spicy notes. Lavender and cucumber stand out against lemon peel and orris root with a woody finish to savour.

The expert distillers at Bulleit offer us their sweet and fruity Rye offering, adding even more rye into the mix than their traditional bourbon. Bulleit Rye has a mashbill of 95% rye and just 5% malted barley and is produced in small batches, allowing the flavour to really bloom. The nose is awash with sweet cherries and classic vanilla and on the palate you’ll enjoy an intense heat that mellows into a mesh of peaches, cherries, cinnamon and orange zest. A smoky finish is just what’s needed to show a bourbon of true class.

ROKU is Japanese for six, named after the six natural Japanese botanicals that Roku is made with, which take you on a tour of the Japanese seasons. Spring is represented by both Sakura (cherry blossom) flowers & leaves, Natsu (Japan's Summer) provides the Sencha & Gyokuro (two types of green tea), Autumn brings the Japanese pepper and Winter, the Yuzu. The eclectic mix of botanicals results in a spirit with rich character. Notes of cherry blossom are quickly followed by green tea, smokey leaves and a light bitter finish. Located in the southern Beaujolais, Brouilly is one of the most well-known and geographically widespread vineyards in the region. The vines here flourish on a steep slope composed of diverse types of soil and rock, but which are predominantly pink granite ("gohr") based. TASTING This Brouilly Roche Rose has subtle aromas of wild cherry, blackcurrant, and blackberry with a hint of spice. The palate is refreshing and fleshy with supple, well-integrated tannins, leading onto the finish with it is fresh and lasting Gamay fruit style ft tannins.
